- Home Economics 8-11 will cover two disciplines: Foods and Nutrition
and Clothing and Textiles 
. The two sections will divide the school year in half, rather than terms. Foods study will include Canada's Food Guide and cover a variety of food types. Textiles study begins with Recycling and Redesign and will conclude with a textile project - such as shorts for Summer!
